I am a single mother to my 6 year old daughter. I work a full time job and I raise my daughter fulltime. I never have time for myself, so I started gaining weight and not eating properly. Now all of that has changed because of my recent doctors visit 6 months ago.I came up with a meal plan and I work with a personal trainer to keep me on a regular schedule. My main goal is being healthy so that I can live to raise my daughter.
